Ingredients
For the Dough (optional if using store-bought dough):
In the bowl of a stand mixer, whisk together the water, sugar, and yeast. Add the flour and salt. With the dough hook, mix on medium speed until the dough comes together.
Transfer the dough to a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured piece of parchment paper and roll it into a large rectangle.
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on the dough, leaving about a 1" border around the edges. Top with sliced cold cuts or pepperoni, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
Roll up the dough in the style of a cinnamon roll. Using a serrated knife, slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and transfer the parchment paper with the slices to a baking sheet. Cover and let the rolls rise for 30 to 45 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush this mixture onto the tops of the rolls.
Bake the rolls for approximately 14 minutes, or until they're lightly browned on top.
Serve hot, with additional pizza sauce on the side if desired.
