My grandmother always made it and I make it almost every year, took one to Church supper and it was gone in minutes. Now prepping it again today to bake up tomorrow. Be sure to sit out a bit if it’s chilled since it will take longer to bake, then add marshmallow towards the end of baking. Sometimes add pecan pieces on top or mixed in.

I made it as yam is already on sale! Yes, very delicious!!! I reduced sugar to 4TBSP. Mashmallow didn’t get burnt! Perfect temprature! Yey!

I actually made three of your Thanksgiving Recipes for a dozen people and my family liked all of them. I made two kinds of Cranberry Sauce, Sweet Potato Casserole and Sausage Stuffing. Thanks for making video’s that are easy to follow. No more canned tube of cranberry sauce or boxed stuffing for our family hahaha.

So easy & delicious! I added 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg & subbed the milk for heavy cream and they were over the top!!

Since finding you several years ago I’ve had such fun reading your recipes and trying them.
I’m not much of a foul AKA bird eater so sides are my favorite, sweet potatoes are on the top of my list.
I do really like your recipe but I found if I add 1/4 of a cup of fresh squeezed orange juice it adds what’s that flavor to the mix .
