Excellent recipe! Thickened a bit more with some Veloutine, a little bit of red wine & added a couple of cloves of minced garlic but that was just our personal preference. Served with a tossed salad & some peas. Delicious flavour! Will definitely make again!

Good recipe. Flavors blended well. Only needed half of the cooked noodles. Saved the rest for another use.

This recipe for Beef Stroganoff looks delicious but for dietary reasons I can’t use sour cream.Could I substitute Greek plain yogurt, something else ?

Mine came out perfect! Wonder if the ones who had runny sauce didn’t flour their meat enough? I had a very good douse of flour mixture on my meat almost the whole amount stuck to mine.

I always knew there was an old fashion way of doing this, but I always took the crockpot onion soup mix and broth. So I decided to do this HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! I love love this recipe. It makes what I did before laughable.
