Love this recipe. I adjusted it to use dark brown sugar and dark corn syrup to give a more caramelly flavor. I also did 1/2 tsp salt, so is more a salted caramel

I made these for Christmas gifts & they are delicious! I followed the recipe exactly as it is except for I dipped them in chocolate & they were awesome! Only thing I had a problem with was they were alittle hard getting out of my pan that I buttered good so next time I'm gonna put wax paper down before I pour it in my pan but thank you for sharing this it is great!

These caramels are the best! They are easy to make, soft and delicious. I have made other ones, but these are the best. Will be making these every year. Thanks for sharing great recipe.
