I’ve been using different recipes over that last 6-7 months since I started making my own bread. I got it close to this recipe for basic white bread.
I used a mixture of olive oil and water or a water/milk mixture.
The note section on the online is wonderful for decision making.
I still use honey and Celtic sea salt and a nonGMO unbleached flour but this is the recipe for me.
I love the simple 1x, 2x,3x feature for the ingredients when you link from the cook book to her on line videos.
Rachel, you are in my home.
And Rachel, you are on our prayer list at the church I’m a member of.

I love this bread recipe. It’s easy and quick and really good. Today I’m going to try it as cinnamon bread and maybe even cheese bread. Thanks for a great recipe.

I truly LOVE this recipe!! We always look forward to making it and eating it!! It’s just a stellar recipe and it delivers EVERY TIME! Ive made the whole wheat version and the white wheat version. It really doesn’t matter — both are delicious!! We make sandwiches with it and after a few days.. toast with strawberry jam and or honey. Thank You so much for sharing this recipe with us all!

I made this bread or the first time ever.
I followed the recipe exactly and proofed my yeast and used milk..I let it rise as written and let it rise again before baking.
My husband and I Loved this bread.
We put butter on it and almost ate the entire loaf but had to save 2 slices for the kids.
Will make this again, it was so easy if you just follow directions.

I sooo love this recipe!! Man, if you could only hear my boys get excited when I make this bread — cause aside from sandwiches for school — they love having Nutella on this bread!! So yummy and easy. I did end up, taking it out of the mixing bowl to knead it by hand. Now if I can just keep my husband away from it long enough to let it cool down. I used the recipe that was in your last cookbook.
