I decided to try this cause I needed more excuses to use my pressure cooker, and this sounded super easy! If you like super creamy cheese noodles, then you’ll definitely love this recipe but that was my only complaint. I tend to like my sauce more on the thick side, and at first it was quite soupy so you definitely have to let them sit for a bit to thicken up. In terms of flavour, it was very good but don’t skimp on using old or sharp cheddar since that’s what gives this that unique flavour which is way better than the boxed stuff. I will definitely make this again, but just know to use less broth so that I can get it to the consistency I prefer.

I tried the Green Chile recipe, eliminating the heavy cream as stated. It was pretty dry. I think it needs the cream. Otherwise it tasted good.
